Homeowners wishing to attend a WP HOA Board Meeting must make their request in writing 15 days in advance of the next scheduled meeting by sending an email to WaldenPondsHOA@Gmail.com. All requests sent to this email address will be responded to. Requests must include the following: Name of homeowner(s), number of attendees, address of homeowner, email address of homeowner, and reason for attendance.
All requests to attend the WP HOA Board Meetings will be denied due to the COVID Pandemic. The WP HOA Board will resume accepting requests to attend meetings when it is safe to do so. In the meantime, please email the WP HOA Board with any questions or concerns at WaldenPondsHOA@Gmail.com
